Ordering FAQs

How far in advance should I place my order?

Since our meals are made with fresh ingredients, we need to receive your order by Saturday at 8am.

We update our menu weekly but a full menu change happens every three weeks at Saturday at 1pm.

Can I order for more than one person from my account?

Absolutely, you can add as many people to your profile as you need. Just make sure you select the correct delivery address when completing an order!

I have a lunch/dinner party, and will like to serve something not currently on your menu. Can you cook this for me on my event day?

We are flattered every time we get these special orders. We will be happy to make anything you loved from a past menu option. Please check our catering page HERE to order, if your wanted selections are not offered please contact us by calling or texting 980-829-8547 to make arrangements.

Can I customize my meals?

Yes, simply click on the desired meal to customize from the menu page, on the right side you will find the place to customize your meal to get a bigger portion, change the side from the scroll down space, or making the meal dairy free if it applies. Use the text line at checkout to let us know you preferences for specific meals or ingredients.

What are your payment options?

You can pay as you go or you can buy store credit for faster check-out. Payments are accepted through the website or by phone (980)829-8547.

Why do I need to create a profile to order?

We require you to create a profile because this is what we use to serve you better; to allow multiple shipping addresses, maintain your order history for later review and to make checkout fast and safe for you. You can also manage your reward points by creating an account.

I need to cancel my order, how do I do that?

No problem, you can cancel your order any time 48 hours prior to your delivery date; just use the contact form to send us the names of the items you need to cancel. Any orders that are within that 48 hours period before delivery are final. We will contact you within 12 hours with the cancellation approval and a store credit will be applied to your member account. Catering items are a final sale.

Refunds?

We do not issue refunds on meals or gift cards, if unsatisfied with meals we will send you the available meal replacement on our next delivery day or issue partial store credit for a future purchase. All of our sales are final once delivered.

If you wish to cancel an order not delivered we can issue a refund if the order is cancelled 12 hours prior to the cutoff time of the selected delivery day.

Gift Cards Additional Information

Our gift cards can not be returned or applied to a previews order. If the code is lost or stolen we can provide a code replacement with proof of purchase. The gift cards can be used as needed by the recipient and do not expire.

When purchasing, at checkout, select any delivery day, we will mail your gift cards within 24 hours and select any pick up location for delivery so the system does not charge you for delivery.
