Our meals are healthy from their core ingredients.

We refer to core ingredients to all of those ingredients that are used in most of the meals and that can make a difference in the nutritional value of our meals and effect it would have in our client’s body and health after consumption.

What does this mean?

For instance: we use organic coconut oil which helps to burn body fat, control hunger, improve blood cholesterol, and boost brain function.

We use pink Himalayan salt which has less sodium per serving than any other type of salt, and since it has more than 80 minerals it helps with muscle cramping, circulation, regulation of water at a cell level, and lower blood pressure.

We also use raw organic local honey which being unprocessed provides a great natural source of vitamins, minerals and antioxidants. Other core ingredients we use are organic coconut sugar, organic fresh herbs and organic almond milk.
