Beef Bourguignon: This a classic French beef stew made with small pearl onions, mushrooms, red wine and tomato sauce. We use grass fed Tenderloin beef so this stew is very tender. Accompanied by couscous and a combination of delicious turnip cubes, leek, mushrooms and green onions sauteed and then baked together on a coconut sauce for extra tenderness. Please note, that the couscous is not gluten free.
